Poonam Pilani Gifts 10.8 Lakh Ganesh Benzoplast Shares

Poonam Pilani has disclosed the disposal of 10,80,807 equity shares of Ganesh Benzoplast Limited on August 26, 2026. The transfer was executed via off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. Following this transaction, Poonam Pilani's holding in the company has reduced to zero. The total equity share capital of Ganesh Benzoplast Limited remains unchanged at Rs. 7,19,89,421/- (71,989,421 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each). This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
