Raconteur Global Resources Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Raconteur Global Resources Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s A S Bhutani & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27, filling a casual vacancy. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. The firm will serve for a term of 5 years, from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31. The board also approved a preferential issue of 23,200,000 warrants and 800,000 equity shares to non-promoters/public shareholders, raising a total of ₹30 Crore.
