Ganesha Ecosphere Appoints Rajiv Kumar Saxena as Independent Director

Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Kumar Saxena as a Non-Executive Independent Director on its Board. The approval was granted by the Members at the 37th Annual General Meeting held on September 17, 2026. Mr. Saxena's term is for two consecutive years, effective August 3, 2026. He is a seasoned banking professional with 35 years of experience at State Bank of India, holding significant expertise in credit, risk management, and corporate governance. He is not related to any existing Director or KMP and meets all independence criteria.
