SBI Mutual Fund reduces Ganesha Ecosphere stake by 2% to 7.0758%

SBI Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has reduced its shareholding in Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd. The holding decreased by 2% from the previous disclosure, moving from 9.0809% to 7.0758% of the company's paid-up share capital. This reduction was due to the sale of 23,500 shares, representing 0.0877% of the paid-up capital, on April 27, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
