Ganga Papers India Ltd: Change in Chairperson and Resignation of Independent Director

Ganga Papers India Ltd has announced a change in Chairperson and the resignation of an Independent Director. Mr. Ramesh Kumar Chaudhary, the former Chairperson, will cease to hold the position due to pre-occupation and will continue as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Kumar as the new Chairperson. Additionally, Independent Director Mr. Ratan Kumar Singh has resigned due to health reasons.
