Ganga Pharmaceuticals Re-appoints Mr. Bharat Brijmohan Sharma as Managing Director for Three More Years

Ganga Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bharat Brijmohan Sharma as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective from April 01, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Mr. Sharma, with over 35 years of experience in Business and Pharma Industry, is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or order of any other such Authority.
