Ganga Pharmaceuticals Re-appoints Mr. Bharat Brijmohan Sharma as Managing Director for Three Years

Ganga Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bharat Brijmohan Sharma as Managing Director for a further period of three years effective from April 01, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Mr. Sharma, with over 35 years of experience in Business and Pharma Industry, is not liable to retire by rotation. His spouse, Mrs. Srijna Sharma, is a Whole-time Director of the Company.
