Ganges Securities Closes Trading Window for Financial Results

Ganges Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities. The window will be shut from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This restriction applies to all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
