Ganges Securities FY26 Standalone Profit Up 11.6% to ₹433.64 Lakhs

Ganges Securities Ltd has released its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a standalone profit after tax of ₹433.64 lakhs, an increase from ₹388.54 lakhs in the previous year. Standalone revenue from operations grew slightly to ₹797.42 lakhs from ₹786.95 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was ₹3,610.90 lakhs, down from ₹3,798.26 lakhs, and consolidated profit after tax decreased to ₹268.97 lakhs from ₹506.21 lakhs. The Board has not recommended any dividend for the year. The company is an unregistered Core Investment Company (CIC). The 12th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026.
