GRSE Appoints Shri Laishram Meenabanta Singh as Independent Director

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) announced the appointment of Shri Laishram Meenabanta Singh as a Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) to its Board. This appointment is effective from November 2, 2026, for a term of three years or until further notice, whichever is earlier. The appointment follows a directive from the Ministry of Defence. Shri Singh holds a Master's degree in Linguistics and specializes in Management, Marketing, and Administration. He has no inter-se relationship with other directors and does not hold any equity shares in the company.
