GRSE Reports 46% Y-o-Y Growth in Q3FY26 Total Income, Declares 2nd Interim Dividend

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The total income for Q3FY26 stood at Rs. 1,958 Crore, a 46% growth compared to Q3FY25. Revenue from operation increased by 49% to Rs. 1,896 Crore in Q3FY26. The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs. 234 Crore, a 59% increase from Q3FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs. 218 Crore for Q3FY26, a 63% growth compared to Q3FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) is Rs. 171 Crore in Q3FY26, a 74% increase from Q3FY25. The Company declared a 2nd interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 @ 7.15% per equity share. GRSE is currently executing 10 major shipbuilding projects and is confident of ending the current financial year with an order book of around Rs. 50000 Crore.
