Garnet Construction Schedules 34th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Garnet Construction Limited has announced that its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors approved this during their meeting on September 5, 2026. The AGM agenda includes the adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement for the year ended March 31, 2026, along with Directors' and Auditors' Reports. Additionally, the meeting will address the reappointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Kedia, who retires by rotation, and the appointment of Ms. Chahat Sanjaykumar Kedia as a Director. The reappointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Kedia as Managing Director for a five-year term will also be considered.
