Garuda Construction and Engineering Ltd to Invest up to INR 40 Crores in Options Infra Project Private Limited

Garuda Construction and Engineering Ltd has approved an investment of up to INR 40 Crores in Options Infra Project Private Limited through the issuance of fully secured, unrated, unlisted, freely transferrable non-convertible debentures. The coupon rate for the NCDs is 12% per annum. The investment will be utilized by Options Infra Project Private Limited towards infusion into DND Realty Limited Liability Partnership, which is developing the 'Options World' project. Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited is the Contractor for the said project.
