Garware Marine Industries Ltd. Conducts 47th AGM Through Video Conference

Garware Marine Industries Ltd. conducted its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 25 September, 2025 through video conferencing due to guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The meeting was presided over by Mr. Aditya A. Garware, Chairman, from Singapore. The meeting was attended by various directors, the company secretary, the chief financial officer, and other consultants. The Auditor’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report did not have any qualifications, observations, comments, disclaimer or adverse remarks. The members unanimously approved the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2025, Statement of Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on that date. Mrs. Shefali S. Bajaj was re-appointed as a Director. Mr. Rajkumar R. Tiwari was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a period of five years.
