Garware Synthetics Ltd. Convenes EGM for Regularization of Independent Director

Garware Synthetics Ltd. has called for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on February 28, 2026, to regularize the appointment of Mrs. Sheetal Sawant as an Independent Director. The EGM will be conducted through Video-conference (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Company is providing facility to its Members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means, through remote e-Voting services as well as e-Voting during the EGM. The Notice of the EGM is being sent through electronic mode only to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company and/ or Depository Participant(s).
