Garware Synthetics Ltd has announced the regularization of Mrs. Sheetal Sawant as an Independent Director in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 28th February 2026. Mrs. Sawant, with a master’s degree in commerce, has been working in the private sector with good experience in the purchase and administration field. She will hold office from 2nd December 2025 to 1st December 2030. Mrs. Sawant is not related to any Director of the Company.
