Garware Technical Fibres: ₹1 Final Dividend Recommended

Garware Technical Fibres Ltd's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of ₹1 per share (10%) has been recommended for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. V. R. Garware as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, effective December 1, 2026, and the re-appointment of Dr. Shridhar Shrikrishna Rajpathak as a non-executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective November 12, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Poonam Gupta has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer, effective May 20, 2026.
