Garware Technical Fibres Announces 49th AGM with e-Voting Facility

Garware Technical Fibres Ltd has announced that its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company will provide members with the facility for remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) has been engaged to facilitate this electronic voting process. The cut-off date for determining voting rights entitlement is Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
