Garware Technical Fibres: Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

Garware Technical Fibres Ltd's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share (10%) on 9,92,65,845 equity shares for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. This is in addition to an interim dividend of ₹8 per share (80%). The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. V. R. Garware as Chairman and Managing Director for five years from December 1, 2026, and the re-appointment of Dr. Shridhar Shrikrishna Rajpathak as a non-executive Independent Director for a second term of five years from November 12, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Poonam Gupta was appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer.
