Garware Technical Fibres: FY26 Final Dividend ₹1/Share

Garware Technical Fibres Ltd's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share (10%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹8 per share (80%). The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. V. R. Garware as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, the re-appointment of Dr. Shridhar Shrikrishna Rajpathak as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, and the continuation of Mr. A. S. Wagle as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Ms. Poonam Gupta was appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer.
