Gateway Distriparks Announces Q3 Results with 4.74% Growth in Total Throughput and 3.74% Growth in PAT

Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL), a leading multimodal logistics company in India, announced its financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The total throughput increased by 4.74% QoQ and 6.61% YoY. The rail vertical saw a growth of 10.97% QoQ and 11.18% YoY, while the CFS vertical saw a growth of 1.69% QoQ and 2.13% YoY. The company declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share and a special interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share. The financials include Total Revenue of INR 143.6 crores (YTD INR 460.5 crores), EBIDTA of INR 24.06 crores (YTD INR 69.71 crores), PBT of INR -3.20 crores (YTD INR -3.48 crores) and PAT of INR -1.87 crores (YTD INR -2.24 crores) due to consolidation of accounts after Snowman Logistics went from being an Associate Company to a Subsidiary from December, 24 2024. The company is expanding its rail capacity and announced acquisition of approximately 25 acres for a setting up a greenfield ICD in Indore.
