Gateway Distriparks Q1 FY27 Revenue Flat, PAT Down 17.55%
Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL) announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total revenue remained nearly flat at ₹553.7 crore, a marginal decrease of 0.08% compared to ₹554.1 crore in Q1 FY26. EBIDTA saw a 1.28% decline to ₹121.5 crore, and Profit Before Tax (PBT) decreased by 3.43% to ₹69.3 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) experienced a significant drop of 17.55%, falling to ₹51.3 crore from ₹62.2 crore in the prior year. This decline in PAT is attributed to a change in the tax regime, with the effective tax rate increasing to 25.17% from 9.57% due to opting for Section 115BAA and foregoing deductions under Section 80-IA. The company declared a First Interim Dividend for FY27 of ₹1.25 per share. Despite operational challenges like the West Asia conflict, fuel price hikes, and increased input costs, GDL is optimistic about long-term expansion, with construction at Indore ICD underway and MMLP Ankleshwar receiving customs permission for EXIM business.
