Gateway Distriparks: Re-appoints Samvid Gupta as Joint MD for 5 Years

Gateway Distriparks Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Samvid Gupta as Joint Managing Director for a further period of five years, commencing from February 07, 2027, to February 06, 2032. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval via a postal ballot. Mr. Gupta, who is a promoter, will not be entitled to any salary or perquisites in his capacity as Joint Managing Director, but will be eligible for sitting fees and performance-linked commission. He is the son of Chairperson and Managing Director Mr. Prem Kishan Dass Gupta and brother of Joint Managing Director Mr. Ishaan Gupta.
