Allcargo Gati Ltd has announced the sale of its fuel station located in Belagavi, Karnataka, India. The decision was made by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on December 23, 2024. The sale is expected to be completed by January 2025, with a consideration of INR 3 crores. The buyers, Mr. Ankit Kumar Agrawal and Ms. Akanksha Rastogi, are unrelated entities and do not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies. The sale is not a related party transaction and is outside the Scheme of Arrangement. The fuel station contributed 0.18% to the company's turnover in the year ended March 31, 2024.
