Gaudium IVF Appoints Suresh Nainwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor

Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Suresh Nainwal & Company as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors approved this appointment based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee during their meeting held on August 13, 2026. The company also approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the re-appointment of Ram Rattan & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
