Gautam Gems Ltd. has informed the BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for persons specified under the code will be closed from 1st January, 2026, and shall be open 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results.
