Gayatri BioOrganics Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Gayatri BioOrganics Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is to prevent insider trading during the period leading up to and immediately following the announcement of financial results. A board meeting will be convened to approve these results.
