Gayatri Highways to Sell 49% Stake in HKR Roadways to VINCI and GIP

Gayatri Highways Ltd has proposed to sell 49% of its equity share capital in HKR Roadways Limited to VINCI Highways SAS and GIP EM India Highways Pte. Ltd. The sale includes around 22,74,719 Equity Shares held by the company and its nominees. The Securities Purchase and Subscription Agreement is expected to be executed by VINCI Highways SAS, GIP EM India Highways Pte. Ltd., Kotak Special Situations Fund, the Company, and HKR Roadways Limited. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions and the parties are not related to promoters, promoter group, or group companies.
