Gayatri Projects Promoters Buy Shares Worth ₹2.05 Cr

Gayatri Projects Ltd announced that its promoter group, including Chairman & Managing Director T.V. Sandeep Kumar Reddy and Mrs. T. Indira Reddy, has acquired shares of the company through off-market transactions. T.V. Sandeep Kumar Reddy purchased 10,000,000 shares for approximately ₹14.50 Cr, increasing his holding to 101,450,000 shares (21.85% of total). Mrs. T. Indira Reddy acquired 6,859,085 shares for approximately ₹5.64 Cr, bringing her total holding to 7,409,085 shares (1.60% of total). These transactions were disclosed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
