Gayatri Sugars Ltd to Approve Un-Audited Financial Results for Q3 and Nine Months of FY2025-26 on 10th February 2026

Gayatri Sugars Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 10th February 2026 to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results/Statements for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. This notice is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, in line with Gayatri Sugars' internal procedures and conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 1st January 2026 and will open 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
