GB Global Appoints New Independent Director, Accepts Resignation

GB Global Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on July 17, 2026. During the meeting, the board unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Tushar Momaiyah as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Paresh Jain, who was serving as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from the closing hours of the same day, due to personal reasons.
