GCCL Construction Appoints New Director, Reappoints Whole Time Director

GCCL Construction & Realities Ltd announced outcomes of its Board Meeting held on September 4, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Devang Kirtibhai Jhaveri as Whole Time Director for five years and the appointment of Mr. Priyank Shrirajbhai Jhaveri as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval.
