GCCL Construction & Realities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Standalone Audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
