GCCL Infrastructure Board Meeting on Aug 10 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

GCCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the statutory auditor's limited review report. The meeting will also address the appointment of the company's internal auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. In line with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
