GCCL Infrastructure: Director Continuation Approved at AGM

GCCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd announced that its shareholders approved the continuation of Mr. Dhirendra Ansukhlal Avashia as a Non-Executive Independent Director post attaining the age of 75 years. This approval was granted at the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Avashia, who has over 40 years of experience in journalism, administration, and new project development, was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director on November 4, 2023. The company also disclosed that he is not related to any other directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
