GCM Commodity & Derivatives Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28th August, 2025. The meeting will transact several items of businesses including the adoption of Directors Report for the F.Y. 2024-25 and the Notice for the 20th Annual General Meeting. The re-appointment of Mr. Amalesh Sadhu, the appointment of M/s Kriti Daga as Secretarial Auditors for a term of next 5 years, and the fixation of day, date, time, mode, venue and calendar of events for the 20th Annual General Meeting are also on the agenda. The closing of Register of Members and Transfer Books in connection with the 20th Annual General Meeting and the appointment of Scrutinizer for the 20th Annual General Meeting will also be considered.
