Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons, including Directors and Promoters, and their relatives. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
