GE Power India Ltd Wins Additional Contract of INR 2,735 Million from GREENKO KAO1 IREP Pvt. Ltd for Hydro Business

GE Power India Ltd has been awarded an additional contract by GREENKO KAO1 IREP Pvt. Ltd for the supply of Electromechanical Equipment for an additional one unit of 320MW for Saundatti PSP. The contract, worth INR 2,735 million, is part of the original contract awarded in April 2022 and will be executed by 22 Nov 2027. This order is related to GE Power India Ltd's Hydro Business and will be accounted for in accordance with the provisions of the business transfer agreement between the Company and GE Power Electronics (India) Private Limited for the sale and transfer of the Hydro Business undertaking of the Company.
