GE Vernova T&D India Reappoints Deloitte as Statutory Auditor

GE Vernova T&D India Ltd's board re-appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors for a second term, from the conclusion of the 70th to the 75th Annual General Meeting. The board also appointed Ramanath Iyer & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, Sushil Kumar was re-appointed as Whole-time Director & CFO for five years effective January 1, 2027, and Marco Simiano was appointed as a Non-Executive Director from July 1, 2026.
