GeeCee Ventures Invests ₹0.77 Cr in GMR Power and Urban Infra

GeeCee Ventures Limited has acquired an additional 77,500 equity shares in GMR Power and Urban Infra Limited (GPUIL) for ₹0.77 crores (76.72 lakhs) through open market purchases. This investment brings GeeCee Ventures' total investment in GPUIL to ₹3.89 crores, exceeding the SEBI disclosure threshold. The acquisition increases GeeCee Ventures' shareholding to 3,78,000 equity shares, representing 0.05% of GPUIL's paid-up share capital. GPUIL operates in the Power Generation sector and has diverse financial performance across FY25 and FY26. The shares are expected to be credited on June 30, 2026.
