Geetanjali Credit: MD Vitthal Kumar Jajoo passes away; new MD appointed

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd announced the sad demise of its Managing Director, Mr. Vitthal Kumar Jajoo, on April 21, 2026. Following this, the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on the same day, appointed Mr. Dharmendra Hasmukhbhai Vyas as the new Managing Director, effective April 21, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy. Additionally, Ms. Kamlaben Salvi was appointed as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Category, also effective April 21, 2026. These changes were made in compliance with SEBI regulations.
