Geetanjali Credit: New MD & Additional Director Appointed

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 21, 2026, to announce significant management changes. The company reported the unfortunate demise of its Managing Director, Mr. Vitthal Kumar Jajoo, on the same day. Concurrently, the Board appointed Mr. Dharmendra Hasmukhbhai Vyas (DIN: 11668470) as the new Managing Director, effective April 21, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy.
