Geetanjali Credit: Vyas Appointed MD, Salvi as Non-Exec Dir

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd has appointed Mr. Dharmendra Hasmukhbhai Vyas as Managing Director and Ms. Kamlaben Salvi as a Non-Executive Director, effective April 21, 2026. This follows the passing of Mr. Vitthal Kumar Jajoo, the previous Managing Director, also on April 21, 2026. The appointments were made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
