GEM Enviro Management Ltd has announced a delay in the completion of its acquisition of up to a 26% stake in Solluz Energy Private Limited. The acquisition, initially slated for completion by June 30, 2026, is now expected to be finalized on or before September 30, 2026. This postponement is attributed to ongoing procedural delays. The company had previously announced its Board of Directors' approval for this acquisition on March 31, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.
