Novuscom Neo, incorporated on November 3, 2025, is engaged in analysis-led research for sustainability, financials, and governance, aligning with GEM Enviro's core business. The acquisition makes Novuscom Neo a subsidiary of GEM Enviro Management Ltd. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for this investment, and Novuscom Neo has not yet commenced business operations.
