CCME Global Ltd Holds 34th AGM via Video Conference

CCME Global Limited (formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited) conducted its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, entirely through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM). The meeting commenced at 3:00 PM, with Ms. Garima Garg, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, welcoming the attendees. A total of 19 members participated.
