CCME Global: Varalakshmi Venkataraman Acquires 2.25 Cr Shares via Preferential Allotment

CCME Global Ltd (formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited) has announced a preferential allotment of 2,25,00,000 equity shares to Mrs. Varalakshmi Venkataraman. This transaction increases her total shareholding to 2,80,72,300 shares, representing 14.32% of the total diluted capital. Prior to this allotment, her holding was 55,72,300 shares, or 12.31%. The acquisition was made on preferential basis on October 30, 2026. The total paid-up share capital of the company has increased significantly post-acquisition.
