Genesys International Allots 2.5 Cr Shares via Rights Issue

Genesys International Corporation Limited has announced the allotment of 2,50,74,226 equity shares following its rights issue. The shares were issued at ₹50 each, including a premium of ₹45, as per the terms outlined in the Letter of Offer dated July 31, 2026. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹20,89,51,885 (4,17,90,377 shares) to ₹33,34,23,015 (6,68,64,603 shares). The newly allotted shares will have the same rights as existing equity shares.
