The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the appointment of Dr. Yogita Shukla as a Director, and the appointment of M/s G. K.
