Gennex Laboratories Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Dipankar Dasgupta as an Independent (Non-Executive) Director, effective October 01, 2026. This appointment follows the retirement of Mr. Amudala Sreeramulu Nageswar Rao, whose term expired on September 30, 2026. The approval was secured via a Special Resolution passed at the Company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Dasgupta is not related to the promoters or promoter group and meets the criteria set by the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. He brings over 35 years of experience in finance, economy, and management.
